Organic Bentonite Clay, Organic Boswellia carterii (Frankincense), Rosa centifolia (Rose)

1. Add 1 part powdered clay to a non-metal bowl
2. Add 1-2 parts* clean water
3. Mix with a non-metal spoon
4. Apply thin even layer to body and face
5. Focus on area of toxin build up (behind the knees, groin/inner thigh, underarms)
6. Wait until the clay has dried, approx. 15 minutes.
7. Remove with warm damp towel, or shower it off.
8. Use 1-2 times a month*Use 1 part water for thick mask, see Mask for Days with Bladderwrack and Matcha Green Tea for example.
